The purpose of the experiment BRD01 (Bonn Research and Development) is to investigate the differences in group delay, phase delay, amplitude and phase for each channel, residual phases for RR scans and for RL scans. MATERA, WETTZELL and TIGOWTZL record right circular polarization (RCP) during entire experiment while MEDICINA swaps RCP to LCP (left circular polarization) many times. Channel frequencies are changed during the experiments several times in order to scan the band.
